How to use the Leela Quantum Tech H.E.A.L.® Capsule?

To start using the H.E.A.L.® Capsule, you simply place between 1 to 5 spheres (and up to 3 spheres for H.E.A.L.® Petite) inside the capsule and then place the capsule close to your body, or wherever you want to transmit the energy. Remember, the more spheres placed inside the capsule, the stronger the effects of the quantum energy. Included with your brass H.E.A.L.® Capsule, you’ll find the following items:

How to wear the H.E.A.L.® Capsule?

You can place the H.E.A.L.® Capsule on the lanyard and wear it as a necklace. We recommend this option because it places the H.E.A.L.® Capsule and spheres close to your heart chakra, making it easier to transmit the quantum energy all over your body.

If you prefer to wear the H.E.A.L.® Capsule inside a pocket, we advise changing pockets periodically so that one side of your body doesn’t receive more energy than the other.

Adding and removing the titanium spheres

You can add or remove the titanium spheres to increase or lessen the effects of the energy. The spheres contain pure, concentrated quantum energy so they help boost the effects of the H.E.A.L.® Capsule — the more spheres you place inside the capsule, the higher the boost. If you’re unsure about how the energy will affect you, we recommend placing only two spheres in your H.E.A.L.® Capsule at a time to start with. You can gradually increase as you become more accustomed to the quantum energy effects.

What is the effective range of the H.E.A.L.® Capsule, and does it cover the whole body?

The H.E.A.L.® Capsule generates a quantum energy field with a radius of approximately 2 meters (about 6.5 feet). This range is sufficient to cover your entire body, whether you’re wearing the capsule or have it placed nearby.

The capsule’s effects are equally potent within this 2-meter radius, meaning you can experience its benefits even when it’s not directly on your person. This feature makes the H.E.A.L.® Capsule versatile for various settings and activities throughout your day.

For example, you could:

  • Wear it on your body for constant coverage
  • Place it on your desk while you work
  • Set it on your nightstand while you sleep, if you’ve tried it and found that you can sleep well with the capsule

How do I store my H.E.A.L.® Capsule and titanium spheres when I’m not using them?

When you’re not using your H.E.A.L.® Capsule or titanium spheres, you can keep them inside the purple quantum pouch that they come packaged in. These quantum pouches are like “sleeping bags” for any Leela Quantum Tech products that are charged with quantum energy or frequencies. Once they’re inside the pouch, the energy is contained to the pouch and won’t transmit.

What is the Nutritional Biobase frequency?

The Nutritional Biobase frequency was developed by Leela Quantum Tech’s network of energy healers and practitioners. It’s based on decades of research exploring the best vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts for optimal human health. Why is the H.E.A.L.® Capsule made of brass?

Brass is the ideal metal for the H.E.A.L.® Capsule because it does an excellent job of transporting the frequencies outward. The H.E.A.L.® Capsule is designed to support your body energetically and provide a stimulating boost.

If I wear the H.E.A.L.® Capsule 24/7, will I eventually have a nutritional overdose?

No, you can’t overdose on nutritional or other frequencies when using the H.E.A.L.® Capsule — or any other Leela Quantum Tech product for that matter. The frequencies are offered, not forced. Your body and your energy field only accept as much as it wants or needs.

Can I mix the H.E.A.L.® Capsule with other Leela Quantum Capsules or Frequency Cards?

The Leela H.E.A.L.® Capsule is already charged with several frequencies and we don’t recommend adding any others unless you have experience working with frequencies. Generally, we advise working with one frequency at a time, so that you can focus on one topic, problem, or situation. Dividing your attention amongst several frequencies may not be helpful or lead to the results you’re looking for.

Some of the Leela Quantum Tech frequencies do complement each other and can be used together. But we encourage you to listen to your inner voice to figure out if working with multiple frequencies at once would truly benefit you.

Sleeping with the H.E.A.L.® Capsule

We don’t recommend wearing the H.E.A.L.® Capsule while sleeping and suggest keeping it at least six and a half feet (two meters) away from you, inside the purple pouch, when you sleep. However, some of our customers report that they actually sleep better with the H.E.A.L.® Capsule. If you’d like to experiment with wearing it while you sleep, we recommend putting no more than two spheres inside of the H.E.A.L.® Capsule. Adding more than two spheres might make the energy too intense for nightly rest.

How to Use a Leela Frequency Card

Once you receive your Leela Frequency Card, you can remove it from the purple energy pouch it’s in, then remove the plastic packaging around it. To start working with the frequency on the card, simply place it close to your body (ideally, it should touch your body), such as inside your pocket or underneath your pillow when you sleep, as the card has a quantum energy radius of about 4 in (10 cm).

PRO TIP: Using Frequencies For Pets
If you have either the H.E.A.L.® for Cats or H.E.A.L.® for Dogs Frequency Cards, we recommend using them in the following ways:

  • Place the Card underneath your pet’s food or water bowl.
  • Place the Card underneath your pet’s bed or a blanket they often sleep on.

How do I know which frequency to use?

Each Frequency Card is designed to help you with a specific topic, issue, or situation in your life. To know which frequency is best, you should reflect on what you’re having problems with or what situation you would like to change and find the Frequency Card that best addresses it. Also, you can always send us a message via our contact form to explain your situation, and we’ll be able to help you find the Frequency Card that would be of the most benefit to you.

As an example, you might want to use the Inner Peace Card if you’re struggling with stress. It can help you deal with loss in your life too. Many Leela Quantum Tech customers who use the Inner Peace Card place it underneath their pillows when they sleep at night to help them feel at ease and get a good night’s rest.

Do I have to use the Frequency Card every day?

We designed the Frequency Cards to be like guides or teachers, meaning you don’t have to use them every single day. The frequency in each card is supposed to give you guidance, insight, and promote better energy flow. By working with the frequency, you can find ways to unblock your energy on your own.

If you’re struggling with a particular issue, you might keep the Frequency Card in your pocket for a while to help you work through that problem. Once you’ve re-balanced yourself, you don’t need to use the card any more. Perhaps, in a few months’ time, you might struggle with that same issue again — which is normal. If this relapse happens, then you can simply start putting the Frequency Card in your pocket or under your pillow again.

Can I use more than one Frequency Card at the same time?

It’s possible to wear more than one Frequency Card simultaneously, but we only recommend it conditionally. Each energy card is unique, with a specific focus. For most situations or problems you want to work through, it’s better to focus on just one thing at a time.

Of course, if two frequencies naturally complement each other well, then you can consider using them together. Some good examples of Leela Frequency Cards that can work well together are:

  • Abundance + Prosperity

  • Inner Peace + Calm & Rest (primarily while sleeping)
  • Inner Peace + Leela Frequency

Two cards that might not go well together are the H.E.A.L.® Card and the Unity Card.
We generally recommend choosing only one card to work with at first. Only consider adding a second frequency after you’ve adapted to the first one.

Another important thing to keep in mind is that frequencies are different for everyone. A frequency combination that works well for you might not be effective for someone else. That’s why we don’t have a complete list of frequency compatibility and only provide a few recommendations; every person and every situation is different.

Do I have to do anything to activate the Frequency Cards?

No, you don’t have to activate the Frequency Cards, they will simply start working once they’re within 4 in (10 cm) to your body. When the card is near you, your body and energetic system will start remembering what an intact flow looks and feels like, and what’s standing in the way of that flow. 

 

Only you can awaken your body’s abilities. The Frequency Cards can provide support, but achieving the actual vitality requires the will and determination from you. The cards are here to help you activate your inner powers. Some frequencies like the Men’s or Women’s Booster or the Nutritional Biobase are less targeted to make you reproduce those frequencies on your own. In general, however, our Frequency Cards mirror your own system and what you can do to get more unity and prosperity.

Will the cards’ energies transfer if I stack them on top of each other?

No, there’s no interference if the cards are touching or stacked together. You can put several of our Frequency Cards together in a purple Quantum Energy Pouchand nothing will happen. The energies don’t transfer or “bleed over” into the other cards. If you want to store them together, for example, you can. We ship them in  the Quantum Energy Pouch simply to protect the cards from physical damage during delivery. They’re also useful for storing the cards when you travel and helping contain the frequencies when you don’t want to use them.

How do I copy a frequency from a card to another object?

In addition to working with the frequencies in the Cards themselves, you can also copy the frequencies to other objects. To do this, you’ll need an Infinity Bloc, Grand Bloc, Travel Bloc, or Quantum Bloc. Here’s how to copy a frequency from a Leela Frequency Card step-by-step. Please note these instructions apply to the Infinity Bloc, Grand Bloc, and Travel Bloc. The frequency copying times for the Quantum Bloc are longer.:

  1. Put the Frequency Card in the Bloc with a piece of aluminum foil for 15 seconds. Once you do, the frequency will copy to the foil. You can also use the foil to copy that frequency again to another object later on.
  2. Remove the Frequency Card.
  3. Leave the foil for another two minutes and 45 seconds to seal it.
  4. Place the object you would like to copy the frequency to inside of the Bloc, with the foil, for 15 seconds.
  5. Remove the foil.
  6. Leave the object inside the Bloc for another 45 seconds, then remove it.

 

*Don’t put a Frequency Card or metal inside the Blocs for more than a few minutes, cumulatively. Each Bloc has a different time limit:

  • Infinity Bloc: two minutes
  • Travel Bloc: three minutes
  • Grand Bloc: two minutes
  • Quantum Bloc: no limit


Keep track of how many seconds you’ve left the piece of aluminum foil in the Bloc in total. When it adds up to 120 or 180 seconds (two or three minutes), depending on which Bloc you’re using, discard it and get a new piece of foil.
